The first step
Right at the beginning your inquiry arises. In the case of simple parts (discs or circular blank) inquiry per telephone is sufficient. You can also simply send us a fax or email with the drawing. It would be the reference for calculations.

 

Article sketch and drawing
As a rule, you send us only a drawing. From this correctly depicted technical drawing, all the required technical information is read off. For the price offer we also need to know the desired quantity.

 

Manufacturing planning
The manufacturing process flow is planned according to information provided on quantity, material and geometry. An approximate layout for the required tool or tools is done. Furthermore, the amount of material to be used for production is determined. With this data a concrete price offer is established.

 

Software
CAD-Software is used for the construction of the tool. The establishment of the price offer is also software supported.

 

Prototype
As desired we can produce the prototypes. Since prototype manufacturing is a very time consuming process, they are calculated at first. During the late placing of order the costs are refunded. Normally, after the order placing procedure the tool is constructed and the first pattern samples are sent to you together with the release request. This guarantees that all your requirements are fulfilled.
