Machine equipment
The punch parts are manufactured with the help of eccentric press. We use conventional eccentric presses from 12 to 100 ton. Large batch sizes are manufactured on the ultra-modern and flexible Beutler-Press-Streets .

 

Technical specifications
With the press force of maximum 100 ton we produce punch parts to a max. 6mm width. In the press-streets we process the material with max 4mm width and 300mm breadth. The presses are regulated by the feed velocity and are also suited for deep drawing tasks.

 

Materials
We process in our workshop sheet metal boards and split belt made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper. Furthermore, we also manufacture punch parts from PVC and rubber. The material should have an ability to be punched, which means it should not be hardened, for example. We produce no paper blanks.

The width of the material: up to 6 mm for the conventional manufacturing from sheet metal boards, and max 4 mm for Beutler-presses which are processing with coil.

 

Raw material
We deliver complete parts and provide the raw materials. Naturally, you can also supply us with a specialized material or with pre-processed (for example printed) material.

 

Quality standards
For safeguarding the high quality requirements we adopt the quality management handbook, which is complies with DIN ISO 9001:2000. Thereby, each step in product manufacturing is documented and controlled. It starts already with the order registration and finishes with the final inspection.
