Sliding grinding
In a round hutch vibrator the specimens to be deburred are impacted with the help of vibration with certain geometrically deformed grinding body special for every application purposes. Additionally, a compound is added. It is a liquid which assists the chemical process while grinding and helps to avoid the corrosion. The grinding body and the compound provide the metal removal on the surface of the specimen. The abrasion placement on the specimen can be defined by means of using an appropriate grinding body. Normally, deburring of the specimens is done with a purpose. It is also possible to polish the surfaces with the ceramic grinding bodies or grinding paste (ceramic final polishing). We use a round hutch vibrator with the 100 litre capacity. For the specimen drying a oscillating dryer with 100 litre, which is filled with the heated corn grains absorbing the humidity, is applied. We offer the sliding grinding also as a pre ordered operation.
